Kween county member of parliament Hon William Chemonges has aired his concerns on the floor of parliament after Sebei was left out in health allocations. Chemonges was speaking today during the 28th sitting of the 3rd meeting of the 4th session of the 11th parliament on the motion for approval of the annual proposed budget for financial year 2025/2026 on health.
He said among key issues is the District Hospital In Bukwo which was down graded to health center IV.
He added that governments policy of having Health Centers III in each sub county should be implemented.
Hon Chemonges also urged govt to allocate 5billion shillings for the completion of Mbale Referral Hospital
